Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product lines, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation, planning, and development through launch, iteration, and end-of-life.
• Oversee portfolio and project management activities, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of product initiatives.
• Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including business cases, ROI assessments, and pricing strategies to maximize product profitability.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product development process.
• Monitor product performance post-launch, utilizing data and analytics to drive continuous improvement and optimize user experience.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Product Management, demonstrating a strong track record of successful product delivery.
• Proven expertise in product ownership, portfolio management, and comprehensive project management methodologies.
• Strong capabilities in financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Direct domain experience within the construction, energy, or supply chain sectors is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and tools like Jira for product backlog management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP Certification or an equivalent project management qualification is preferred.
