Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle, from initial ideation and detailed requirements gathering to successful launch and ongoing post-launch optimization for assigned product lines.
• Define, articulate, and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring comprehensive alignment with overarching business objectives and evolving market demands.
• Conduct thorough market research, perform in-depth competitor analysis, and meticulously synthesize customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform critical product decisions.
• Manage the product backlog effectively, prioritize features based on strategic value, and write clear, concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and successful go-to-market strategies.
• Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including meticulous business case development, precise ROI assessment, and diligent budget management for all product initiatives.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for your product, providing insightful guidance and clear communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of products based on performance metrics, invaluable customer feedback, and dynamic market trends.
• Contribute actively to broader portfolio and project management activities, ensuring projects are consistently delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in product management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven expertise in product ownership, strategic portfolio management, and adept project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated strong ability in financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility.
• Prior experience or a strong understanding of the construction, energy, or supply chain domains is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing diverse teams.
• Proficiency with modern product management tools and a solid understanding of agile development practices.
• PMP Certification or an equivalent project management qualification is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in an onsite, team-oriented environment located in Juno Beach, FL.
