Key Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Product Development: Drive the full product lifecycle from initial discovery and conceptualization through development, launch, and continuous iteration, ensuring alignment with company vision and strategic goals.
• Build 0→1 Products: Spearhead the creation of entirely new products and features, identifying unmet user needs and market opportunities to deliver innovative solutions that captivate users and drive business growth.
• Drive Revenue Scale: Strategically identify and execute on opportunities to expand product reach, optimize monetization strategies, and significantly scale revenue streams through impactful product enhancements and new initiatives.
• Strategic Market & User Insight: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and market trends, informing the product roadmap and feature prioritization.
• Define Product Roadmap & Specifications: Translate high-level strategic objectives into detailed product roadmaps, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive product strategy and successful execution, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility.
• Navigate Ambiguity & Solve Complex Problems: Embrace complex business challenges and ambiguous situations, applying strong analytical skills and a 'builder' mindset to define clear problems and deliver robust, data-driven solutions.
• Own Product Performance: Monitor, analyze, and report on key product performance metrics, using insights to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization of the product experience.

Requirements

• Proven Product Management Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing products, particularly with experience in building 0→1 products.
• Tier 1 Academic Background: A strong academic pedigree from a Tier 1 College (e.g., IIT, BITS, NIT, IIM, or other equivalent top-tier institutions) is essential.
• Exceptional Problem-Solving Skills: Superior analytical abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, capable of dissecting complex problems and devising innovative, practical solutions.
• Strong Ownership & Builder Mentality: A profound sense of ownership over product initiatives, coupled with a deep desire to build, create, and deliver impactful products.
• Strategic & Deep Thinker: Ability to think deeply and strategically about market dynamics, user behavior, and long-term product vision.
• Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and influence diverse stakeholders.
