Associate IT Project Manager

YASH Technologies is seeking an exceptionally skilled and experienced Project Manager – Infrastructure & Information Security to spearhead critical enterprise infrastructure transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and information security transformation projects, encompassing the full project lifecycle from planning, execution, monitoring, and successful closure, while adhering to industry best practices.
• Technical Project Oversight: Drive and oversee complex data center consolidations, cloud migrations (public, private, hybrid), and extensive network upgrade projects, ensuring technical integrity, performance, and security.
• Robust Project Governance: Establish and enforce comprehensive project governance frameworks, including meticulous management of project scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and quality assurance to achieve defined objectives.
• Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues related to infrastructure and security, developing effective contingency plans and resolution strategies to keep projects on track.
• Stakeholder and Vendor Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships and manage communications with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, technical teams, business units, and external vendors, ensuring clear expectations and collaborative progress.
• Information Security Integration: Ensure that all infrastructure projects inherently incorporate information security and cybersecurity best practices, adhering to compliance standards and safeguarding organizational assets.
• Team and Resource Coordination: Effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and external resources, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project milestones and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present detailed project status reports, performance metrics, and post-implementation reviews to management and stakeholders, maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

• A distinguished career spanning 15-18 years in Information Technology, with a significant tenure of at least 6 years specifically as a Project Manager leading large-scale initiatives.
• Demonstrated in-depth expertise in managing complex IT Infrastructure projects, including Data Center operations, Cloud computing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and advanced Network architectures.
• Extensive experience and a strong command over Project Governance methodologies, comprehensive Risk & Issue Management, and adept Stakeholder & Vendor Management within an enterprise context.
• Proven exposure to and understanding of Information Security and Cybersecurity programs, including familiarity with common security frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Prior experience working effectively within large-scale, intricate enterprise environments, managing diverse teams and complex interdependencies.
• Exceptional leadership qualities coupled with superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, essential for guiding project teams and engaging senior leadership.
• Possession of relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, ITIL, CISSP) is highly desirable and will be a significant advantage.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexities and deadlines.
