Associate IT Project Manager

Temenos is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role focuses on the end-to-end implementation and delivery of Temenos Core Banking solutions. As a Project Manager at Temenos, you will be responsible for leading complex banking technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will leverage your expertise in Temenos Core Banking to guide project teams, manage stakeholders, and mitigate risks, driving successful outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of Temenos Core Banking implementation projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Oversee project execution, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to project methodologies and quality standards.
• Identify, analyze, and proactively resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies to prevent delays and ensure smooth delivery.
• Effectively communicate project status, challenges, and successes to all stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
• Manage project teams, providing leadership, mentorship, and support to achieve project goals.
• Ensure compliance with project governance processes and regulatory requirements relevant to banking technology.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and successful transition to production environments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Project Management, with a significant focus on Temenos Core Banking project execution and delivery.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in project leadership and team management within a banking or financial services context.
• Strong understanding and practical application of various project management methodologies and tools, including MS Project.
• Possession of relevant certifications such as PMP, Agile, SAFe, or Scrum Master.
• Proven ability to identify, analyze, and implement effective solutions for project risks and issues.
• Expertise in Temenos Transact / T24 and other core banking technologies is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to join with a notice period of less than 30 days.
