Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Effectively manage communication with all stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and project teams, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing proactive strategies to maintain project momentum.
• Oversee project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and successful task completion.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards and are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of progressive experience in project management, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects from inception to completion.
• Demonstrated expertise in project planning, risk management, budget control, and stakeholder communication.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with various project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
