Associate IT Project Manager

Ospyn is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Trivandrum. This pivotal role involves leading enterprise-level projects, driving successful delivery, and fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships. As a Project Manager at Ospyn, you will be instrumental in guiding diverse teams to achieve project milestones and contribute to our continued success in the FinTech, Banking, and Education sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise-level projects, from meticulous planning and strategic execution to successful delivery.
• Manage and mentor multiple project teams, ensuring optimal performance, clear communication, and efficient resource allocation.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Oversee project scope, budget, and timelines, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Implement best practices in project management methodologies, adapting strategies to meet project specific needs and organizational goals.
• Drive strategic initiatives within the Banking, Education, and FinTech domains, leveraging industry expertise to enhance project outcomes.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure seamless project integration and achieve common objectives.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of extensive experience in managing complex, enterprise-level projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in team handling, leadership, and motivating high-performing project teams.
• Proven track record in project planning, execution, and successful delivery across various stages.
• Strong domain experience within the Banking, Education, or FinTech sectors.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder management.
• A proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high standards.
• Proficiency with modern project management tools and methodologies is highly desirable.
