As a Project Manager specializing in AI/GenAI, you will be instrumental in overseeing the full lifecycle of cutting-edge projects, from conception to successful deployment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with senior leadership, and ensure that our AI/GenAI solutions meet strategic objectives and deliver significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple AI and Generative AI projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scope and budget.
• Implement and champion Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize project workflows and foster a responsive development environment.
• Oversee project planning, risk assessment, governance, and quality assurance processes for AI/GenAI initiatives.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between technical teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Drive the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Assistants, Chatbots, and various automation projects.
• Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence to track progress, manage tasks, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Project Management, with significant exposure to AI/GenAI project delivery.
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and their application within complex technology projects.
• Hands-on experience with AI-specific projects, including RAG implementations, AI Assistants, Chatbots, and process automation.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and their relevance in AI solution deployment.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of influencing outcomes at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Proven track record of successful project planning, risk management, and delivery within the AI domain.
