Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust and scalable web applications using modern frontend technologies.
• Drive architectural decisions and best practices for our large-scale web platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to define and implement new features.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security across various devices and browsers.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues within the frontend ecosystem.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in frontend web application development.
• At least 4 years of hands-on, expert-level experience with React, JavaScript (ES6+), and Node.js.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining high-performance, large-scale web platforms in product-based companies.
• Deep understanding of web application architecture, design patterns, and best practices for scalable systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• A genuine passion for a pure Individual Contributor (IC) role focused on frontend excellence.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
