Associate Frontend Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy highly responsive user-facing features using React.js and other modern frontend frameworks.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, interactive web applications.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services using REST APIs to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsers.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and ensure best practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to improve performance and user experience.
• Stay abreast of emerging frontend technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-3 years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer, specifically with strong proficiency in React.js and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of fundamental web technologies including HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API) and modern build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
