Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using cutting-edge frontend technologies, specifically React and Next.js.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, pixel-perfect code, ensuring technical feasibility and optimal user experience.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented JavaScript and TypeScript code, adhering to best practices and coding standards for maintainability and scalability.
• Implement robust state management solutions with Redux Toolkit to ensure predictable and efficient application state across complex features.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features from concept to deployment.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness across various devices and browsers, focusing on core web vitals.
• Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality, consistency, and adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Research and integrate AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or Gemini into the development workflow to boost productivity and explore innovative solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring the smooth operation and stability of our e-commerce platforms and providing timely resolutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer, ideally within an e-commerce or high-traffic web application environment.
• Demonstrable strong hands-on experience with React and Next.js, including a solid understanding of their core principles, component-based architecture, and lifecycle.
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming, DOM manipulation, and modern language features.
• Proficiency in modern CSS frameworks, particularly Tailwind CSS, for building scalable, maintainable, and visually appealing stylesheets.
• Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux Toolkit and an understanding of data flow within complex applications.
• Good understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR) concepts and its advantages in improving performance and SEO.
• Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools and a keen interest in integrating new technologies to improve development efficiency and code quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality, performant, and user-friendly code.
