Associate DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically manage and continuously scale our cloud infrastructure across leading platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles by designing, implementing, and maintaining robust configurations using tools like Terraform and Ansible to automate provisioning and management.
• Architect, deploy, and manage highly available and scalable containerized applications leveraging Docker and Kubernetes, optimizing for efficiency and resilience.
• Develop, implement, and fine-tune high-speed Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines utilizing platforms such as Jenkins to accelerate product development cycles.
• Proactively oversee and enhance system reliability, security protocols, and comprehensive monitoring solutions, including the implementation and management of tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Collaborate closely with our in-house development teams to integrate DevOps practices, optimize developer experience, streamline workflows, and ensure rapid, reliable software delivery.

Requirements

• A solid foundation of 5 to 8 years of hands-on, practical experience in a dedicated DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Systems administration role.
• Profound knowledge and demonstrated expertise in managing complex Cloud Infrastructure, orchestrating containerized environments with Kubernetes, and applying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
• Exceptional scripting proficiency in languages such as Python and Bash, with a proven ability to automate complex tasks and system operations.
• A strong collaborative mindset, emphasizing ownership, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to achieving long-term product impact.
• Ability to thrive in an in-house product development setting, contributing significantly to scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of fostering strong inter-team relationships and contributing to a positive, productive team environment.
