As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in owning the reliability, automation, and overall platform engineering for our cutting-edge solutions. We are looking for individuals who can hit the ground running, with an immediate to 30-day joining availability, to help us drive innovation and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain highly scalable and resilient cloud-native platforms on AWS.
• Lead the design and implementation of robust automation frameworks for infrastructure provisioning and application deployments using tools like Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive continuous improvement in system reliability, performance, and monitoring utilizing Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic APM.
• Manage and optimize container orchestration with Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker Swarm for critical enterprise applications.
• Implement and enforce DevSecOps best practices throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure secure and compliant operations.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Python/Django and Go to automate operational tasks and reduce manual intervention.
• Oversee real-time data streaming infrastructure leveraging Kafka (MSK) for high-throughput event processing.
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams to integrate operational considerations early in the development process.

Requirements

• Senior DevOps Engineer: 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
• Principal DevOps Engineer: 10+ years of hands-on experience, demonstrating leadership in complex DevOps environments.
• Profound expertise in AWS cloud services, including EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.
• Extensive experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Solid programming skills in Python (with Django experience preferred) and Go.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic APM.
• Experience with messaging queues such as Kafka is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to tackle challenging problems related to system scalability, reliability, and security.
• Availability to join immediately or within 30 days.
