As a Data Scientist at NexusLink Services, you will play a crucial role in our data-driven initiatives. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models, performing in-depth data analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into robust data science solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems and enhance product capabilities.
• Perform in-depth data analysis, identify trends, and extract meaningful insights from large and diverse datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to define problem statements, collect requirements, and translate them into effective data science solutions.
• Clean, preprocess, and validate data from various sources to ensure data quality, integrity, and readiness for analysis.
• Develop and implement predictive models, recommendation systems, classification algorithms, and other AI-driven solutions.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, guiding data-driven strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, applying new techniques and tools where appropriate.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data infrastructure, analytical methodologies, and best practices within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree (preferred) in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML), Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning model development.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with SQL for data querying, extraction, and database management.
• Proven expertise in machine learning concepts, algorithms, and popular libraries such as Scikit-learn and TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with data processing and analysis libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate complex insights.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
