Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust Machine Learning models and algorithms to address business challenges.
• Implement and optimize solutions leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to prepare data for modeling.
• Utilize Prompt Engineering and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance AI model performance and applicability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define project scope, and deliver high-quality AI solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing to continuously improve our offerings.
• Evaluate and iterate on model performance, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and efficiency of deployed systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a strong portfolio of projects in Machine Learning and AI.
• Proficiency in Python and its ecosystem of data science libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Demonstrated expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including techniques like RAG and Prompt Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
