Key Responsibilities

• Meticulously verify the accuracy and completeness of itineraries and booking details on various partner sites.
• Validate specific parameters, such as the number of adults and other customer-provided information, to ensure absolute correctness.
• Thoroughly inspect and identify any hidden or local taxes and fees, ensuring full transparency for our customers.
• Confirm the validity and precise details of customer stays, cross-referencing information as needed.
• Consistently achieve and exceed defined productivity and quality targets, contributing to team success.
• Actively collaborate and communicate effectively within a supportive and fast-paced team environment.
• Proactively review existing operational processes, identifying potential areas for enhancement and efficiency gains to improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to maintaining Highspring India's high standards of data integrity and service delivery.

Requirements

• 0-1 year of professional experience; recent graduates and freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Possession of a graduate degree from any discipline (non-technical backgrounds are highly welcome).
