Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mentorship and robust academic support to both undergraduate and postgraduate students, fostering their intellectual growth and career readiness.
• Design and deliver engaging, effective, and interactive online teaching sessions covering a broad spectrum of core Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning topics. This includes foundational concepts, advanced algorithms, and practical applications.
• Administer and meticulously evaluate student assignments, projects, and assessments, offering detailed and constructive feedback crucial for their learning and development.
• Offer timely academic guidance and expert support to students through various digital platforms, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), email correspondence, and instant chat functionality.
• Actively participate in the continuous development and enhancement of cutting-edge course content, innovative learning materials, and diverse educational resources to keep pace with industry advancements.
• Collaborate closely with diverse academic teams and subject matter experts to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality learning outcomes, curriculum adherence, and an enriching educational experience for all students.

Requirements

• Possess a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related academic discipline from a recognized institution. This foundational academic strength is essential for guiding advanced students.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of progressive and proven experience within the dynamic EdTech industry, coupled with a strong and verifiable background in teaching, lecturing, or tutoring at the university level.
• Proficiency and practical expertise in one or more core computer science areas, including but not limited to Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, Data Structures & Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Database Management Systems (DBMS), Operating Systems, Computer Networks, or Software Engineering principles.
• Command a deep understanding and practical application skills in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science domains. This includes areas such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Data Science methodologies, Generative AI techniques, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Prompt Engineering.
• Possess excellent communication and pedagogical skills, with the ability to effectively conduct online teaching sessions, mentorship, and interviews using both chat and comprehensive video/audio formats.
• Must be available to consistently work the specified shift: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM (IST), from Monday to Saturday, ensuring continuity in student support and course delivery. Enjoy regular weekends off, including the 1st & 3rd Saturdays and all Sundays.
• Applicants are required to be 32 years of age or younger at the time of application, aligning with specific program requirements.
