As an Assistant Manager - Warehouse Operations, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless flow of goods, maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, and leading a large operational team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Mentor a Large Team: Effectively manage and develop a team of 100+ off-roll associates, ensuring high floor discipline, optimized daily planning, and continuous people development to foster a high-performance culture.
• End-to-End Inventory Management: Oversee all aspects of inbound, outbound, and comprehensive inventory management, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Payroll and Attendance Reconciliation: Take full accountability for accurate and timely attendance tracking and payroll reconciliation processes every month, ensuring compliance and fairness.
• Operational Software Expertise: Maintain hands-on proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) like Uniware and demonstrate advanced skills in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and operational insights.
• Process Ownership and Improvement: Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, take full ownership of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and actively contribute to writing and refining the operational playbook rather than just following existing guidelines.
• Metrics Ownership: Be fully accountable for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Turnaround Time (TAT), inventory accuracy, shrinkage, and utilization rates, consistently striving to exceed targets.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, ideally within a B2C or B2B e-commerce fulfillment environment.
• Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated experience in successfully leading large associate teams, with full accountability for attendance management and achieving output targets.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to manage and interpret operational metrics, proactively identify issues, and implement effective solutions without constant supervision.
• Proactive and Self-Driven: An individual who is naturally proactive, takes initiative, and possesses the foresight to identify problems and opportunities for improvement before they are escalated.
