Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and last-mile delivery for our electric vehicle fleet in Delhi (South).
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality within the supply chain.
• Manage and coordinate logistics for vehicle deployment, maintenance, and charging infrastructure, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as operations, technology, and sales to ensure integrated and effective logistics solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements across all supply operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics partners to secure favorable terms and reliable services.
• Utilize data analysis to forecast demand, manage inventory levels effectively, and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related quantitative field.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in electric mobility or last-mile delivery sectors.
• Demonstrated understanding of the EV ecosystem, associated operational challenges, and tech-enabled logistics solutions.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing complex operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and efficiency.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using logistics management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.
