As an Assistant Manager Supply, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our supply network, driving operational excellence, and supporting the strategic growth of EV91 Technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution for EV components and logistics.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize last-mile delivery processes, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, and sales, to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and quality delivery of goods and services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards within the supply chain and logistics operations.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and expansion of our EV logistics network across various regions.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, preferably within the electric vehicle (EV) or fast-paced logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of last-mile delivery challenges and solutions, with a keen interest in electric mobility.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational processes and drive efficiency improvements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with proficiency in data-driven approaches.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems is highly desirable.
