Assistant Manager Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and streamline daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to service level agreements.
• Analyze complex financial problems, developing and implementing creative solutions to drive business performance.
• Utilize advanced data analysis techniques and statistical modeling to interpret trends, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail in the preparation and validation of financial models and reports, guaranteeing accuracy and reliability.
• Lead and manage various projects within the operations department, from planning and execution to monitoring and successful delivery.
• Contribute significantly to business re-engineering initiatives, identifying areas for process improvement and implementing transformative changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging strong communication skills to facilitate seamless information flow via email, chat, calls, and face-to-face interactions.
• Support and enhance quality assurance processes, ensuring high standards across all operational deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in operations management, with a strong preference for backgrounds in the Auto, Mortgage, Legal, or BPO Servicing industries.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including expert-level skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and analysis.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and general financial concepts, with the ability to work comfortably with numbers and statistics.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative modeling skills.
• Excellent written and oral English communication abilities, capable of articulating complex information clearly and concisely.
• Comfortable and experienced with working in US shift timings.
• Proven exposure to business re-engineering projects, and/or experience in Transition, Analytics, or Quality Assurance is highly desirable.
