Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from strategic talent sourcing and candidate screening to interview coordination, offer management, and successful onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
- Oversee critical HR operations, including the meticulous administration of our Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), accurate attendance tracking, and strict adherence to labor law compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Orchestrate comprehensive employee onboarding programs, ensuring all new hires are seamlessly integrated into the company culture, equipped with necessary resources, and have all required documentation processed efficiently.
- Develop, implement, and manage engaging employee recognition initiatives and various engagement programs designed to foster a positive work environment, boost morale, and enhance overall team cohesion and productivity.
- Prepare detailed HR reports, conduct insightful analytics, and maintain meticulous documentation for all HR processes, providing valuable data-driven insights for strategic decision-making and continuous operational improvements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employees, offering timely support and expert guidance on HR-related queries, while effectively coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to promptly resolve issues and ensure employee satisfaction.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrate 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, specifically in a generalist, HR operations, or recruitment role within a dynamic corporate environment.
- Proven proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for advanced data analysis, comprehensive reporting, and efficient management of HR-related information.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with various Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) for payroll, attendance, employee data management, and compliance tracking.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex HR policies clearly and engage effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- A high degree of ownership, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to HR compliance and operational excellence.
