Assistant Manager - HR Generalist

JustWravel, a rapidly expanding organization, is actively seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Generalist to join our dedicated team in Noida. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding and development to performance management and offboarding, ensuring a positive experience for all team members.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, encompassing talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to attract and secure top-tier talent.
• Design, implement, and oversee engaging employee engagement initiatives, including recognition, rewards, and team-building to foster a cohesive and motivated workforce.
• Develop, review, and refine HR policies and procedures, driving continuous process improvements for operational efficiency, compliance, and fairness.
• Contribute to strategic workforce planning and the development of HR strategies aligned with JustWravel's business objectives and growth plans.
• Efficiently manage and maintain the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and utilize advanced Excel for meticulous HR data management, reporting, and insightful analysis.
• Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for employees and management, offering expert guidance on HR-related queries, policies, and employee relations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-4 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or comprehensive Recruitment role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage diverse HR functions with exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, combined with strong interpersonal abilities, crucial for building effective relationships across all levels.
• A highly process-oriented approach, coupled with strong analytical skills and proven problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in utilizing various HRMS platforms and advanced command of Microsoft Excel for robust data analysis, reporting, and streamlined operational tasks.
• Previous experience working within a startup ecosystem or specifically in the travel industry will be considered a significant advantage.
