The Opportunity: Join Our HR Team

We are looking for seasoned HR professionals ready to take on challenging and rewarding roles. If you possess a strong background in HR operations, statutory compliance, employee relations, or administration, we encourage you to explore these exciting opportunities with us.

Assistant Manager – HR (HR Generalist) – Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and seamless onboarding of new employees.
  • Oversee and coordinate payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement, alongside meticulous attendance management.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and effectively manage grievance resolution to foster a positive workplace.
  • Manage the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, appraisals, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure stringent adherence to all statutory compliance requirements, including PF, ESIC, CLRA, and the Factory Act.
  • Formulate and update HR policies, maintain comprehensive documentation, and facilitate employee training and development programs.
  • Administer and optimize HRIS/ERP systems for efficient HR data management and reporting.

Senior Executive – HR & Administration – Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute comprehensive HR operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the department.
  • Oversee facility management, including security protocols, housekeeping services, and transport logistics.
  • Coordinate effectively with contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and optimal resource utilization.
  • Manage attendance records and manpower planning to ensure adequate staffing levels and operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with government bodies and provide robust support for various compliance-related activities.
  • Organize and implement employee welfare activities, enhancing employee morale and overall well-being.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • For Assistant Manager – HR: A minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, specifically as an HR Generalist.
  • For Senior Executive – HR & Administration: A minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience in HR operations and administration.
  • Preferred Qualification for both roles: MBA/MSW (HR) or an equivalent post-graduate qualification in Human Resources.
  • Proven track record in managing diverse HR functions within a manufacturing or corporate environment.
