Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms using the Flutter framework.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into elegant and functional mobile solutions.
• Implement robust and efficient native Android components using Java or Kotlin when platform-specific features are required.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Actively contribute to code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring high code quality across the team.
• Stay abreast of emerging mobile technologies, industry trends, and Flutter/Android ecosystem updates to continuously enhance our development processes.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on professional experience as an Android + Flutter developer, with a strong portfolio of deployed applications.
• Demonstrable expertise in the Flutter framework and the Dart programming language.
• Proficiency in native Android development using Java and/or Kotlin for integrating platform-specific functionalities.
• Experience working with client-based projects, understanding diverse business requirements, and delivering tailored solutions.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and mobile architecture patterns (e.g., BLoC, Provider).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Mandatory: Must be a Surat-based candidate. Relocation plans are not applicable for this role.
