Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and meticulously maintain modern Android applications, primarily utilizing Kotlin and Jetpack Compose for a seamless user experience.
• Architect and build scalable, modular applications adhering to industry best practices such as Clean Architecture, MVI, MVVM, and Unidirectional Data Flow (UDF).
• Implement reactive and high-performance features leveraging advanced Android frameworks, Kotlin Coroutines, and Flow for optimal responsiveness.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers, to deliver integrated, high-quality mobile solutions.
• Actively participate in rigorous code reviews, performance optimization initiatives, and the establishment of technical best practices within the team.
• Contribute to the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso, Robolectric), and application monitoring tools (Firebase Crashlytics, Android Profiler).
• Drive continuous improvement by staying abreast of the latest Android ecosystem developments and integrating new technologies where appropriate.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in professional Android application development, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.
• Profound expertise in Kotlin, Android SDK, and modern UI toolkits like Jetpack Compose and Material 3.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with dependency injection frameworks such as Hilt and Dagger 2.
• Extensive knowledge of advanced architectural patterns including MVI, MVVM, Unidirectional Data Flow (UDF), and multi-module architectures.
• Proficiency in asynchronous programming with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow (StateFlow/SharedFlow) for responsive application behavior.
• Experience with local data persistence using Room DB and DataStore, as well as networking libraries like Retrofit and OkHttp.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like JUnit, Espresso, and Robolectric, along with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Ability to use Android Profiler, Firebase Crashlytics, and Android Vitals for performance tuning and robust application monitoring.
• A solid grasp of mobile security principles, including Certificate Pinning, and memory optimization techniques for efficient application performance.
