Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize advanced SQL queries for complex data extraction, manipulation, and analysis across various datasets.
• Build and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring efficient data flow from traditional RDBMS to our modern Data Warehouse infrastructure.
• Create compelling and interactive reports and dashboards using industry-leading tools like Tableau and Power BI, effectively presenting insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of product usage and customer behavior data, utilizing Google Analytics to uncover key trends and inform product strategy.
• Translate raw data into clear, concise, and actionable business insights that directly support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions that meet critical needs.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting and analytical outputs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analytics processes and methodologies within the organization.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of proven relevant experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
• Mandatory advanced proficiency in SQL, including query optimization, stored procedures, and complex data manipulation.
• Demonstrable experience in designing, implementing, and managing ETL/ELT processes, particularly migrating data from RDBMS to data warehouses.
• Strong hands-on experience creating reports and dynamic dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.
• Proficiency in utilizing Google Analytics for product insight generation, user behavior analysis, and web analytics.
• Knowledge of Data Engineering principles, Databricks, and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to join our team with immediate availability, or within a maximum notice period of one month.
