AI Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex AI systems, including those involving Multi-Agent Systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Drive the development and optimization of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and Context Engineering strategies to enhance AI model capabilities and accuracy.
• Oversee the fine-tuning and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs), focusing on specific domain requirements and performance metrics.
• Utilize Python expertise to build robust backend systems, data pipelines, and AI application components.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging graph databases like Neo4J and various Knowledge Graph technologies to manage and query intricate data relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including full-stack developers and quality engineers, to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into broader platforms.
• Mentor junior team members, foster a culture of technical excellence, and contribute to the overall AI strategy and innovation roadmap at KPIT.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to apply new insights.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5-6 years of progressive experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields, with a strong focus on technical leadership.
• Proven expertise in developing and deploying Multi-Agent Systems and understanding their architectural considerations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), MCP (Modular Cognitive Architectures - assuming this is the interpretation of MCP in Context Engineering), and advanced Context Engineering techniques for LLMs.
• Demonstrable experience in LLM Fine-Tuning, including data preparation, model training, evaluation, and deployment strategies.
• Proficiency in Python programming language, including relevant AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
• Solid experience with graph databases such as Neo4J and a deep understanding of Knowledge Graphs, including their construction, querying, and application.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced environment.
