Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process raw data from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to understand data requirements and deliver relevant analytical solutions.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling presentations and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection, analysis methodologies, and reporting processes.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel for data processing, modeling, and visualization.
• Demonstrable experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) is preferred.
