As a Data Analyst at Tramo, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations, working directly with real-time fintech data from day one. Your expertise in data reconciliation and reporting will be vital in identifying and resolving critical data mismatches, ensuring accuracy across our various platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive reconciliation of financial transactions across multiple systems, including bank statements, internal ledgers, and partner platforms.
• Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, duplicates, and missing records to maintain high data quality and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain robust reports and interactive dashboards using advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL to present key financial insights.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to understand data requirements, streamline processes, and implement effective data solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for process improvement within financial operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management practices and reporting methodologies.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a data analysis or financial reconciliation role. Freshers with exceptionally advanced Excel skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and data manipulation techniques (non-negotiable).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for data querying and extraction.
• Familiarity with Power BI for creating reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an acute attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience within the Fintech or banking industry is a significant advantage.
