Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and meticulously document business requirements, translating them into precise data definitions, robust data models, and essential data artifacts.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously update comprehensive data dictionaries and business glossaries to ensure consistency and clarity across all data initiatives.
• Perform in-depth data quality analysis, identifying root causes of data inconsistencies, and implementing effective remediation strategies to uphold data integrity.
• Support the establishment and ongoing maintenance of data sourcing methodologies, data lineage documentation, and stringent data quality control frameworks.
• Drive initiatives focused on data standardization, optimization, and rationalization to improve data usability, performance, and compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with HR, HR Technology teams, various business units, and external third-party partners on critical data transformation programs and projects.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions, leveraging data insights to inform strategic business decisions.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains through data-driven approaches.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, demonstrating a strong understanding of data analysis principles and methodologies.
• Solid experience in developing and maintaining data definitions, data models, and data documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to perform data quality analysis, root cause analysis, and implement effective data remediation.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and records management standards.
• Good to have: Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation, automation, validation, and advanced analytics.
• Experience with Data Products and enabling AI use cases is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
