Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and gather requirements.
• Collect, cleanse, transform, and organize large datasets from diverse sources, ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data to identify significant trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business growth.
• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic reports and interactive dashboards using leading business intelligence tools.
• Present data findings and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key decision-makers and senior management.
• Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and security protocols across all data platforms.
• Provide robust data-driven insights to support strategic planning and optimize operational efficiency.
• Continuously seek to improve data analysis processes and reporting methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a closely related quantitative field.
• A minimum of 1–3 years of hands-on professional experience in a dedicated data analysis role.
• Demonstrable advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including the expert use of Pivot Tables, complex formulas, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.
• Strong command of SQL for efficient data querying, extraction, and manipulation from relational databases.
• Proven experience or strong familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a significant advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Currently based in Dubai and eligible to work in the UAE.
