Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to support various business functions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance sophisticated reports and interactive dashboards using advanced Excel features and other business intelligence tools.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights to optimize operational performance.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all reporting and analytical platforms.
• Support decision-making processes with data-driven recommendations and impactful presentations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new data analysis methodologies and tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a similar data-focused role.
• Exceptional proficiency in Advanced Excel, including complex formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, and various data analysis functions.
• Strong command of SQL for querying, manipulating, and extracting data from relational databases.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrable experience in creating compelling and intuitive reports and dashboards that communicate insights effectively.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Comfortable and committed to working the night shift hours of 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST.
• Prior experience in staffing, marketplace, or high-volume operational environments is highly preferred.
