Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and meticulously analyze large volumes of data from various sources to identify key trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Develop, prepare, and maintain accurate Management Information System (MIS) reports, interactive dashboards, and comprehensive performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure the utmost accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data by implementing robust data management and validation processes.
• Utilize advanced functions and tools within MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF Functions, and sophisticated data analysis techniques, to derive meaningful insights.
• Craft compelling reports and presentations that effectively communicate complex analytical findings and support strategic decision-making across departments.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to thoroughly understand their data requirements and provide tailored analytical support.
• Proactively identify and interpret significant data patterns and trends, translating these observations into practical recommendations that drive business growth and efficiency.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection, analysis, and reporting methodologies within the organization.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Proven professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a dedicated Data Analyst role, demonstrating a solid understanding of data analysis principles.
• Exceptional proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, including expertise in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF Functions, data modeling, charting, and dashboard creation.
• Demonstrated ability in MIS reporting and comprehensive report preparation, with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, capable of tackling complex data challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
