Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and meticulously interpret complex datasets to identify significant trends, patterns, and valuable business insights.
• Develop, prepare, and rigorously maintain comprehensive Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, performance dashboards, and concise analytical summaries.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of critical corporate data through diligent management and validation practices.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis using advanced Excel functionalities, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF Functions, charting, and other specialized data analysis tools.
• Craft well-structured reports and compelling executive presentations to effectively communicate findings and support strategic decision-making for stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to understand their data requirements and provide ongoing, responsive analytical support.
• Continuously monitor and interpret data to proactively pinpoint emerging opportunities, potential risks, and evolving market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Business Administration is preferred.
• Proven professional experience of 1-3 years as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Exceptional proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, demonstrating expert knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF Functions, charting, and dashboard creation.
• Demonstrated experience in generating structured MIS reports and managing comprehensive data analysis projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with an unwavering commitment to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights and present them effectively to diverse audiences.
