Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with various departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to understand their specific data requirements and provide comprehensive analytical support that informs their strategies.
• Collect, clean, and meticulously analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources to identify critical trends, patterns, and underlying business opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, interactive dashboards, and detailed performance reports to monitor key business metrics and visualize data effectively.
• Ensure the highest level of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports, databases, and analytical systems, maintaining trust in our data assets.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions, conditional formatting, and data validation tools, for in-depth data manipulation and analysis.
• Prepare clear, concise, and impactful reports and presentations that effectively communicate complex analytical findings, recommendations, and insights to senior management and diverse stakeholders.
• Proactively interpret data to uncover actionable insights, identify anomalies, and provide recommendations that drive informed business strategies, operational efficiencies, and performance improvements.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and analytical projects, providing timely and accurate information to facilitate rapid decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of progressive professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, demonstrating a strong foundation in data interpretation.
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions, and experience in building data models, charts, and dashboards for comprehensive data visualization.
• Proven ability in MIS reporting, comprehensive data analysis, and the preparation of detailed, insightful business reports.
• Strong analytical acumen, superior problem-solving capabilities, and critical thinking skills, coupled with an unwavering attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively presenting complex analytical findings and collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
