Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process large, complex datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure data integrity and readiness for analysis.
• Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify significant trends, patterns, and anomalies relevant to market research objectives.
• Translate sophisticated data findings into clear, concise, and actionable business insights and recommendations for stakeholders across different departments.
• Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports using appropriate tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, researchers, and other teams to understand their analytical requirements and business needs, ensuring data solutions align with strategic goals.
• Prepare and present analytical findings, reports, and visualizations to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering data literacy and informed decision-making.
• Continuously explore new data sources, tools, and methodologies to enhance our analytical capabilities and improve the efficiency and accuracy of data processing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes, documentation, and best practices within the team.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field.
• A minimum of 2 years of progressive professional experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong preference for experience within the Market Research industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing large datasets, identifying meaningful patterns, and interpreting complex information accurately.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for efficient data extraction, manipulation, and database querying.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to create impactful reports and dashboards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to gather and consolidate raw data from multiple disparate sources effectively.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data insights clearly to various levels of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
