Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and define key performance indicators.
• Utilize advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources for in-depth analysis.
• Design, develop, and maintain visually compelling and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI to present key insights.
• Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform and optimize business strategies.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility across all reporting systems.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate business performance, providing regular updates and ad-hoc analysis as required.
• Support strategic decision-making by providing robust and well-researched insights, helping the company stay ahead in a competitive market.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis is essential.
• Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard design, data modeling, and report creation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with large datasets and comfortable handling numerical information.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Familiarity with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) or programming languages (e.g., Python, Excel) for data analysis is a plus.
