As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in leveraging vast datasets to uncover critical business intelligence. You will apply your expertise across the entire data lifecycle, from extraction and transformation to analysis and reporting, ensuring data integrity and delivering high-quality insights. Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive data extraction, manipulation, and analysis using advanced SQL queries and Python/PySpark scripting.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and availability for analytical purposes.
• Create compelling and insightful data visualizations and dashboards using various tools to communicate complex findings to stakeholders.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, specifically within the Credit Risk domain.
• Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data solutions.
• For Senior/Lead roles: Mentor junior data analysts, lead analytical projects, and contribute to the overall data strategy and best practices within the team.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal and external regulations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in data analysis; candidates with 4-6 years will be considered for Data Analyst, 5-8 years for Senior Data Analyst, and 7-12 years for Lead Data Analyst.
• Demonstrated strong proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation.
• Expert-level skills in Python or PySpark for data processing, analysis, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with data integration and processing tools like Alteryx and strong knowledge of ETL methodologies.
• Proven ability to create impactful data visualizations using industry-standard tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Solid understanding and practical experience within the Credit Risk domain.
• For Senior/Lead roles: Proven leadership abilities, project management skills, and experience in mentoring team members.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly.
