Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis and interpretation of business and customer data to identify significant trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery to relevant stakeholders and management.
• Proactively identify emerging trends, potential opportunities, and areas for operational improvement by meticulously examining large datasets.
• Continuously maintain, optimize, and improve existing dashboards and reporting systems, utilizing tools like Power BI to enhance data visualization and accessibility for all teams.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to provide robust data-driven support for critical business initiatives and decision-making processes.
• Ensure the highest standards of data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and confidentiality across all data storage, reporting, and analysis activities.

Requirements

• Proven strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and the ability to build complex formulas and interactive dashboards.
• Demonstrated excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Solid experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and/or database query languages such as SQL is a significant advantage and highly preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently with large, complex datasets, extracting meaningful information and ensuring data integrity and precision under various conditions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for clearly presenting complex findings, insights, and recommendations to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous professional experience in the financial services sector, debt management, or lead generation industries will be considered a valuable asset.
• Familiarity with specific industry platforms like Vici dial and Telephony Servers (Asterisk) is preferred.
