Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business and customer data to extract meaningful insights.
• Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track performance and inform stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and dashboard creation.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience with Power BI and SQL is a significant advantage, showcasing your ability to work with robust data tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and precision.
• Capability to efficiently manage and work with large, diverse datasets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, vital for collaborating with different teams and presenting findings.
• Previous experience in financial services, debt management, or lead generation industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with Vici dial and Telephony Servers (Asterisk) would be beneficial.
