Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive suite of regular performance and management reports, ensuring they are tailored to meet the specific informational needs of various internal and external stakeholders within ElMehy Engineering.
• Utilize advanced data visualization tools and techniques to present complex datasets and analytical findings in a clear, concise, structured, and highly actionable format, enhancing comprehension and decision-making efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the Organizational Performance Lead to strategically integrate key performance indicators (KPIs) into all reporting frameworks, ensuring precise alignment with overarching business objectives and strategic goals.
• Uphold the highest standards of data integrity and quality, ensuring the absolute accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reporting deliverables, thereby fostering trust in data-driven insights.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify significant trends, patterns, and underlying anomalies, subsequently providing insightful recommendations that directly support and catalyze organizational performance improvement initiatives.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection, processing, and reporting methodologies, aiming to enhance overall efficiency, effectiveness, and the reliability of our data analytics infrastructure.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of new data tools and analytical technologies to further optimize our capabilities and ensure we remain at the forefront of data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative and analytical field from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated strong proficiency and hands-on experience with industry-leading reporting and data visualization tools, with particular emphasis on Microsoft Power BI, advanced Excel functionalities including pivot tables and macros, and Power Query for data transformation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all analytical outputs and reports.
• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, identify critical insights, and translate these findings into clear, concise, and actionable business recommendations for various levels of management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to effectively articulate complex data concepts, methodologies, and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive mindset, and an analytical approach to identifying, investigating, and resolving data-related challenges efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively both independently on specific projects and collaboratively as an integral part of a cross-functional team in a dynamic and fast-paced professional environment.
• Familiarity with SQL for efficient data extraction, manipulation, and querying from relational databases is a significant advantage.
• Understanding of statistical analysis concepts and their application in business contexts is preferred.
