Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving ability with structured thinking and exceptional analytical skills to tackle complex business challenges.
• Take full ownership and accountability for data projects, from inception to successful implementation and impact measurement.
• Utilize advanced SQL proficiency to write complex queries, extract insights from large datasets, and ensure data integrity.
• Apply basic understanding of AI concepts relevant to data analytics, including data automation, insight generation, reporting, predictive analytics, and decision-support workflows.
• Leverage familiarity with AWS services commonly used by analytics teams, such as Amazon S3, Amazon Athena, Amazon Redshift, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, and Amazon QuickSight, for data storage, processing, and visualization.
• Work with various BI tools, including Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, or similar platforms, to create intuitive dashboards and reports.
• Utilize exposure to Google Analytics and Firebase for web and mobile app data analysis to gather user behavior insights.
• Develop and implement data analysis solutions using mandatory proficiency in R and Python.
• Communicate findings effectively through strong written and verbal communication skills, collaborating seamlessly with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• Hold a BE / B Tech / BSc Stats degree with a consistently strong academic background.
• Possess 1 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Proven ability to work with large and complex datasets, demonstrating strong data manipulation and analysis skills.
• Experience in translating business questions into analytical problems and deriving data-driven solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
