As an MIS / Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, directly contributing to strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• MIS Reporting: Develop, prepare, and meticulously present daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior management, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to identify significant trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform business strategies.
• AI Tools Usage: Proactively apply and integrate AI-powered analytics tools for advanced predictive modeling, process automation, and the creation of dynamic, interactive dashboards.
• Process Improvement: Recommend and implement data-driven solutions to optimize existing business processes, enhancing efficiency and overall operational performance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, clearly articulating complex data findings and recommendations to support informed decision-making across departments.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in MIS reporting and data analysis roles is essential.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of data management tools, including advanced proficiency in Excel, and practical experience with various **ERP systems**.
• AI & Analytics: Hands-on experience with AI tools and analytics platforms for automation, predictive analytics, and the creation of insightful dashboards.
