AI-Powered Data Analysts / AI Research Associates

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators and trends effectively.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, translating complex datasets into clear, concise, and meaningful business insights.
• Prepare comprehensive MIS (Management Information System) reports, management reports, and various ad-hoc reports to support strategic planning and operational monitoring.
• Ensure the highest level of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems and platforms.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) diligently, pinpointing significant trends and patterns that impact business performance.
• Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders to thoroughly understand their reporting requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate and continuously improve existing data reporting processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Expert proficiency in Power BI, including advanced skills in Power Query and DAX for robust data modeling and calculation.
• Demonstrable expertise in advanced Excel functionalities for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
• Solid understanding of data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and management information systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be an immediate joiner or available to start within 15 days of offer acceptance.
• Comfortable with attending face-to-face interviews at our Noida office; virtual interviews are not available for this position.
