Key Responsibilities

• Process, validate, and cleanse large volumes of legal and public record data, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain and update various databases, specifically focusing on data accuracy and completeness within our systems.
• Develop and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI to support operational processes and strategic decision-making.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies, implementing corrective actions efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and improve existing data workflows and methodologies.
• Support ongoing data quality initiatives and contribute to the development of robust data management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 0-2 years of professional experience in data analysis; freshers with strong academic projects and relevant skills are highly encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Good foundational knowledge of database concepts and experience with SQL and MySQL.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools, particularly Power BI, for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of data accuracy and integrity.
