Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights crucial for business growth and operational improvements.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using leading Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand data characteristics, ensure data quality, and inform modeling decisions.
• Design, implement, and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ensure data availability, consistency, and integrity across various sources.
• Apply statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to predict future outcomes, segment data, and optimize business processes.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust data-driven solutions.
• Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of advanced analytical solutions, including those leveraging Generative AI concepts (e.g., Claude).
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all data used in analytical initiatives and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a closely related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience specifically as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proven proficiency in SQL, particularly with PostgreSQL, for complex data extraction, manipulation, and query optimization.
• Strong programming skills in Python for data analysis, scripting, statistical modeling, and automation.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with leading Business Intelligence tools, specifically Power BI and Tableau, for dashboard creation and reporting.
• Solid understanding of data modeling principles, data warehousing concepts, and the practical application of ETL/ELT processes.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling techniques, and an understanding of Generative AI principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
