Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of critical components for our enterprise search tool, enhancing its intelligence and efficiency.
• Provide expert assistance with the configuration, strategic rollout, and comprehensive documentation of the Darwin AI inventory system.
• Support the end-to-end implementation and rigorous testing of various AI agents, meticulously aligning them with specific business unit requirements.
• Develop robust technical controls, detailed documentation, and streamlined processes essential for the successful adoption and adherence to AI governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions seamlessly into existing platforms and workflows.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, build predictive models, and optimize AI system performance.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying scalable AI solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML, such as Python.

• Strong understanding of enterprise search technologies and data integration methodologies.
