AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable machine learning and deep learning models to address various business challenges.
• Specialize in creating and optimizing Generative AI solutions, leveraging the latest research and frameworks.
• Utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services for model training, deployment, data management, and infrastructure scaling.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to manage and provision cloud resources efficiently and reliably.
• Establish and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous integration, testing, and deployment of AI/ML applications.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, other engineers, and product teams to integrate AI models into production systems and products.
• Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune existing AI/ML models for optimal performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements, tools, and best practices in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Generative AI.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience as an AI/ML Engineer or in a related machine learning engineering role.
• Demonstrable strong expertise and profound proficiency in Python programming, including relevant libraries and frameworks.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and infrastructure automation using Terraform.
• Proven track record in applying Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI techniques to solve complex, real-world problems.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with CI/CD methodologies and tools for automated software delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively within a hybrid team setting.
