As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML systems that leverage the power of GenAI and Agentic AI. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable AI/ML solutions with a strong emphasis on Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.
• Utilize Python, LangGraph, and Langchain to build sophisticated intelligent systems and applications.
• Research, evaluate, and integrate state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) into production-grade systems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust AI architectures.
• Ensure the performance, reliability, and maintainability of deployed AI models and pipelines.
• Contribute to the strategic direction and architectural decisions for AI initiatives across various domains.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning engineering, with a proven track record in GenAI and Agentic AI.
• Exceptional proficiency in Python programming language and its ecosystem for AI/ML development.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as LangGraph and Langchain for building complex agentic systems.
• Deep theoretical understanding and practical application experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Solid grasp of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and in-office/hybrid work environment in Pune.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
